No overselling, no guesswork — just a Air Conditioning Repair crew that diagnoses it right the first time. Same-day appointments available across Haddon Heights and the surrounding zip codes.
No automated menus for emergencies — a real person handles the call.
A licensed technician arrives, runs a full diagnostic, and explains exactly what's wrong in plain language.
Most repairs are completed same-visit, and we test the system before we leave to confirm it's actually holding.
Leonard HVAC was built by technicians who got tired of watching homeowners get oversold. Our crews carry manufacturer certifications across the major residential and commercial equipment lines.
You won't find us buried under layers of call-center scripts — we're the team that shows up in the truck, not a subcontractor we've never met. We carry the credentials Haddon Heights inspectors and property managers expect to see, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, residential or commercial.
Haddon Heights's climate swings hard, and generic national playbooks don't always fit. That local knowledge shapes how we diagnose problems — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Ask around Haddon Heights and you'll hear the same complaint about a lot of HVAC companies. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. Every dispatcher, every technician, and every follow-up call is held to the same standard, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Haddon Heights is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
Our office team is based locally too, not routed through an out-of-state call center that's never seen a Haddon Heights rooftop unit. Our warranty and service history records stay attached to your address, so any future technician who visits already has the full picture.
Whether it's a mid-summer breakdown or a planned system replacement, our Haddon Heights techs handle it with the same level of care.
When your Air Conditioning Repair system fails without warning, waiting days for an appointment isn't an option. Our Haddon Heights dispatch team sends the closest available truck first so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
If a specialty part genuinely does need to be ordered, we'll set up a safe temporary fix and give you a real timeline instead of leaving you guessing.
Not every repair call ends in a repair — sometimes the honest recommendation is a properly sized replacement. We walk Haddon Heights homeowners through financing and rebate options where available before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
We protect floors and entryways during the install and haul away the old equipment so you're not left dealing with disposal.
Commercial equipment operates differently than a residential unit, and it needs technicians who actually understand rooftop packages and multi-zone systems. Our commercial division services light industrial and warehouse ventilation across Haddon Heights, with service agreements built around your operating hours.
Property managers working with multiple Haddon Heights locations can set up a standing account so every site gets consistent service history and pricing.
Most emergency breakdowns start as a small, ignorable warning sign months earlier. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle duct cleaning and sealing to stop conditioned air from leaking into attics and crawlspaces for Haddon Heights households that want more than just temperature control.
Maintenance plan members in Haddon Heights get scheduling reminders automatically, so tune-ups don't fall through the cracks during a busy season.
We'd rather set clear expectations upfront than make vague promises we can't back up.
If the same issue returns within the warranty period, we come back and fix it at no additional labor cost.
If a competitor's written quote for the same scope of work is genuinely lower, ask us about it.
Our office follows up after major repairs and installs to confirm everything is holding.
A little attention to how your system is running can save you a lot of money and discomfort.
Ignoring new noises is one of the fastest ways to turn a small repair into a major one.
This is one of the most common complaints we hear on service calls across Haddon Heights.
A system working harder than it should to hit the same temperature shows up directly on your utility bill.
Short cycling puts extra wear on the compressor and shortens the system's overall lifespan.
A burning smell should never be ignored — it can indicate an electrical issue that needs immediate attention.
If you're calling about the same problem every few months, the underlying cause likely hasn't been fully addressed.
We explain diagnostic fees and repair estimates before authorizing work.
Because our trucks are stationed near Haddon Heights, we're rarely far from your address.
If something isn't right after we leave, we come back and make it right.
Every technician carries current state licensing and manufacturer training.
Photos and plain-language notes accompany every diagnostic.
Replacement systems don't have to be paid in one lump sum.
We don't write these — our customers do.
"Our AC quit on the hottest weekend of the year and they had a tech out within a couple of hours. The pricing was exactly what they quoted over the phone."
"Scheduled a fall tune-up and they caught a cracked part before it became a real problem. Techs are always polite, always on time, and clean up after themselves."
"They handled the whole install in a single day, exactly like they said they would. Followed up a week later just to check everything was still running fine."
"Commercial dispatch was quick and the tech understood our system without needing to be walked through it. Now our go-to for every property in the portfolio."
"Got quotes from four different companies for a replacement and this was the only one that actually walked me through the load calculation. Would use them again without hesitation."
"The tech walked me through what he was checking as he went, which I really appreciated. No overnight surcharge shock — the price matched what dispatch quoted me on the phone."
Understanding what typically fails helps homeowners know what to watch for and when a repair call is worth making before things get worse.
Haddon Heights's seasonal swings put real stress on a system that isn't maintained regularly. Before the heaviest cooling months hit, it's worth having the refrigerant charge checked, the condenser coils cleaned, and the filter replaced — all of which directly affect how hard the compressor has to work.
Simple habits between professional visits also matter. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
Our technicians train across the major residential and commercial equipment lines, so you're not limited to a single brand's service network. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
Every tech on our Haddon Heights roster goes through background checks, licensing verification, and ongoing manufacturer training.
